I am seeing this listing when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... best guess for this property would be the One UN New York.

Unless you need to be in this part of the MTE zone i do think there are better options.

What are your needs for this stay and your maximum budget per nite?

I don't need to be in MTE. Would like to be either in the midtown or upper locations, preferably the upper east side. 

 

I am looking for at least a 4* and to be in the city 8/30-9/1. There will be two guests, so looking for a room with either a queen or king bed.

Budget is $200 (before taxes)

 

I found a 4* in the Upper East - $187, 75% recommended (I am thinking this might be the Bentley? The price was a few dollars lower 15 minutes ago and when I went to refresh it went up)

I went for a 4.5* in the Upper East Side for $240 and got the Sherry Netherland.
