Priceline Hotel: 3* St. Louis (Forest Park - Clayton) Holiday Inn Saint Louis Forest Park

I never used Priceline before, and was looking for some tips for a successful bid. I used the appropriate link (to help keep this site running) and started my bidding.  Started using most North and West zones with a 3* hotel at $42, then $48, then $54 and adding Forest Park.

 

I certainly saved money on this. Hotwire had the Hot Deal for $60 and Priceline's Express Deal was $85/night. The direct booking rate is $144.

 

With tax and fees, total was $135.50
