2. Priceline offered to allow rebidding with no change for $109 -- Didn't take it

3. $100 bid with addition of Volcano region (no 4* there) - Accepted

 

Incidentally there was also a $102 Express deal for a 4* at Kona which I suspect is the Sheraton
