wsj3200 Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 Room booked on 11/28. This seems to be the low end price for 3* hotels in this area recently. I have freinds who also book thru Priceline and this seems to be the bottom of the market at this time. $41 will either get you the Hilton or the Doubletree (a Hilton Property). The 2.5* La Quinta property also pops up ocasionally and is a very nice hotel that offers a very nice free breakfast. It's right across the street from the Hilton. This is why I'll bid 2.5* in this area. I fact, I really prefer La Quinta to the 3* in this area. It's a newer, very well maintained property.Bid history:Ontario 3*............................................$30 rejectedadded 2.5*...........................................$34 rejectedresetOntario, Riverside 3*.............................$36 rejectedadded 2.5*...........................................$36 rejectedresetOntario, Riverside West..........................$38 rejectedadded 2.5*............................................$40 rejectedresetOntario, Riverside, Riverside West 3*.......$41 acceptedTaxes and service fees...........................$12.26Total charges........................................$53.26
