I bid 100 in 4 rating- reject

 

add 3.5 rating and bid again with 100 - reject 

 

but it asked me to add 29 to win the hotel but I reject

 

I add one more zone and bid 110- reject

 

Finally add 3 rating and bid 120-  Won~~

 

I research this zone and found almost all the hotel are sold out.
