JustDandy Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 Hi. We are looking for a place to stay in West Virginia for overnight. We would just be staying, sleeping, and getting up and driving after we are rested. I am looking at the Express Deals and see 2 that may fit our needs:Summersville for $59/night.1 star; Pets allowed, free breakfast, free parking, and free internetI believe that this may be the "Econo Lodge" property. Anyone know? The second we are considering is...Fayetteville for $77/night.2.5 stars; Pets allowed, free breakfast, free parking, free internet, and a pool.Anyone have any clue what property this might be? Thanks in advance!
AaronJB Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 Please provide the date/s of travel and we would be happy to take a look at the above hotels and try to ID the listings. Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
JustDandy Posted July 25, 2014 Author Report Posted July 25, 2014 This may sound a little crazy, but the date is for today. So 7/25/14-7/26/14. Thanks
thereuare Posted July 25, 2014 Report Posted July 25, 2014 For the 1* i agree that the Econo Lodge Summersville looks like a likely candidate... for the 2.5* Summerville property my guess would be the Quality Inn New River Gorge. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. JustDandy Posted June 17, 2015 Author Report Posted June 17, 2015 This was nearly a year ago. I have no idea what we paid, and I'm unsure of how many stars it actually had.
thereuare Posted June 17, 2015 Report Posted June 17, 2015 ... which is why we ask that you follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them. ;) You should still be able to view the details of this purchase using the MY ACCOUNT >> MY TRIPS link on the top right of the PRICELINE home page. JustDandy Posted June 19, 2015 Author Report Posted June 19, 2015 It was $62. And, no bidding, no PRICELINE EXPRESS. Just bought it directly on Price.line.
thereuare Posted June 19, 2015 Report Posted June 19, 2015 Thanks for the post and hope you find this to be a good value for the price paid. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
