I'm so disappointed with this win! The Tripadvisor reviews are not good and obviously the place is under construction.

 

It's not mentioned in the amenities but it does appear that there is a continental breakfast.

Sorry to see that you don't like the outcome.

I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points. And for some reason are the TA reviewers many times eager to complain over ridiculous things.

This place is a disaster! I can't imagine it being a 3* before or even after renovations are complete.

The online rate for tonight is only $6 more than I paid on Hotwire. Does anybody know how I go about expressing my frustration with Hotwire over this?

If you double check your purchase history can you confirm if there were also: Restaurant, Smoke Free, and Roll-in Shower amenities associated with this property?

As far as the quality of your stay, HOTWIRE should be sending you a follow-up survey regarding your stay and you can complete that indicating your experience at this property.

Sorry to hear the stay didn't go well, but fortunately it was just for one nite.

On the Bidding.Helper results page I clicked on Full Amenities and copied all that was in the list. Then yesterday after I read your message I logged in to Hotwire and copied all the amenities listed on my purchase page and listed them in a new reply. None of these were listed as amenities. I can confirm that there is no restaurant at the hotel.
