Thanks to the advice on this site! Managed to find $153 in Midtown East. Looked for 4* in Midtown East, Midtown West, and Central Park South. Started at 139, and rebid/expanded areas until bid at $153 was accepted. Got bumped up to 4.5* with the response.

 

It's my first time bidding on PRICELINE, and I was a little nervous. I'm really happy with the result.
