lizzB Posted July 22, 2014 Report Posted July 22, 2014 Using permutations I started to bid at $45 and increased my bids by $1 until I won the bid at $51. Syracuse is ideal for the permutation method. I still had many free bids to use. I have stayed at this hotel before and am happy with it.
