Hotwire: 1 room, 4 adults. 2.5* - -  looks like the price has gone up to $132.  85% recommended with 4/5 on tripadvisor

My guess for the 2.5* HOTWIRE property would be the Fairfield Inn Washington DC Downtown.

For the PRICELINE EXPRESS property i don't have a strong insight into this one, The George or the Monaco would each each possibilities, but with amenities this common it could easily be something else as well.
