The relevant dates are from October 08th till October 12th.
The hotel is offered for $118 per night on top of an additional Resort fee of $25 per night.
The amenities are as follows:

Rates really can vary substantially from day-to-day - what other users got the same hotel for is not an indicator regarding your dates.  I'm seeing $169 as regular rate for this property on Expe.dia for your dates.

Rates really can vary substantially from day-to-day...

Especially in Las Vegas... where weekend (or conference) nites can often cost 2-3x Sun-Thur dates.
