A PRICELINE EXPRESS property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board and with these amenities being common for a 4* hotel in this area i don't have any insight as to which one this may be.

I am seeing a 4* HOTWIRE hotel in this zone for $92/nite with:

... my guess for this one would be the Novotel London Excel, should this be of any interest. Does this work for your needs?

Thank you very much for your suggestion, It's really appreciated. Yes, I've also been thinking that it might be the Novotel Excel. But in spite that fact that the price is more than affordable, I prefer to keep searching for something else. This year a friend of mine got Marriott West India Quay for $85 before tax, this is definitely an example I look up to :-))
