Hotwire Hotel: 4* Fort Lauderdale Beach - Hotwire Conundrum

I am looking at the two 4* "Hot Rate" hotels in Fort Lauderdale Beach area for 7/19 - 7/20 (this Saturday).  I see two rates for 4* one which is $345 reduced to $124 and the other $219 reduced to $124.  The only hotel I am looking to book is the W Hotel which coincidently is priced at $345 for the night I am requesting (I live locally and just wanted to try the W).  Would it be safe to infer that the striked down $345 rate would be the W Hotel?  The description for that one doesn't entirely match so I am unsure.  Both descriptions are as follows:

For this property, I believe there are likely more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.
