Hotwire Hotel: O Hare airport hotel - airport shuttle

Almost 60-70% of the airport hotels at O Hare, Chicago listed on Hot.wire do not show airport shuttle as an amenity.

However when we look at most of the 2 and 21/2 star properties listed over here in the hotel lists, all of them offer free airport transportation.

The cheapest ones on Hot.wire just now are 45 and $47 (2 star). Should I go ahead and book them?

I definitely need airport transportation.

Is it possible that Hot.wire lists airport shuttles only for those that have their own shuttle?

I do know that Extended stay hotels have shared shuttles with other nearby hotels.

The only way to guarantee a shuttle at an airport property is to look for a listing that shows it as an amenity. The hotel lists provide the hotels that have been reported to the board - there are new hotels reported all the time and amenities shown sometimes changes.

 

You can also look for PL express listings that show shuttle as an amenity.

What are your date/s of travel and desired budget per night?

I was looking at 1 to 2 star, maybe around $55 all inclusive.

I found the following hotels at book direct. Non refundable rates.

Howard Johnson Addison O Hare

Howard Johnson Elk Grove

Super 8, elk grove.

 

The Howard Johnsons are about $57 all inclusive.

Super 8 is $62.

 

All have airport shuttles.
