Would it be 2 different hotels depending on the price choice? Choose Bed:$53per night 2 Queen Beds - Smoking Room - Full Breakfast, Mini Fridge$59per night 1 King Bed + Sofabed - Nonsmoking Room - Full Breakfast, Kitchen

There are slightly higher priced rooms at this Best Western with kitchens. However, it may be something else and with no amenities it's difficult to begin to narrow it down.
