It will save on transportation to the tourist services and restaurants. I am looking for the experience. Bidding strategy?

Given the rates I'm seeing for these dates $90 unfortunately looks like it will be very difficult/unlikely for 3* or higher. At the 4* level, a winning bid will likely take over $200.
