Hotwire Hotel: Looking to Identify 4* hotel in downtown Chicago Water tower area

Hi I am trying to identify a Hotel  in Chicago water tower area

The price is $121 and is 90% recommended
Here are the full amenities listed:

Accessible for the deaf
Accessible path of travel
In-room accessibility
Accessible bathroom

I have previously stayed at the Warwick Allerton and would like to avoid this hotel if possible. I know there are some other listings for slightly more expensive as well.
