Best guess for this 3.5* would be Sheraton Suites Elk Grove or Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg.

If you're seeing a 4* for $65 that may be the Hyatt, I really liked that property and would happily stay there again for HOTWIRE/PRICELINE rates. IKEA's a block or two away.

 

However, if a suite room and kitchenette is something you'd want, this isn't a bad deal for $20 more.

Decided to go with the 4* hotel.  The price went up a couple of dollars overnight but still a good deal in our opinion.  Total $83.62 with taxes.  

 

After purchase amenities list show the following (sorry, the listing was no longer available on Hotwire after my purchase).  I think these are all consistent with what you have for the Hyatt Regency already:
