I'm guessing it's the Newport Beach Marriot but I want to make sure it is not the Fairmont

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Easy View is showing different results than full view. I cannot select continue through easy view as doing so produces an error. The full amenities offered on EZ view are listed below, however, the prices given is different than on the hotwire page.

Working fine for me... try using the EASY VIEW links before clicking anything in the HOTWIRE tab (as sometimes clicking the links within one tab will negate the links in the other tab)

I'll also add that i'm currently seeing a different 4* hotel in this zone than what you have posted above... most amenities are the same but the accessible amenities are different and i'm not seeing a resort fee listed for the current property either:
