Hotwire Hotel: Downtown Miami ID help 7/4-7/6 4.5-5*

This is a screencap of the BiddingHelper.com's amenities list for the three hotels i'm considering.

My guess for the first one ($141) is the Epic

 

I'm struggling with the second one ($150). The

resort" tag is throwing me off

 

The 3rd one is almost certainly the Viceroy right? Although Viceroy doesn't show tennis as an amenity.

 

Can you suggest which you think you think would be most likely for each?
