This is my first post, so hopefully this is right.

Bid on a 4* in the Inner Habor at $55, $60, $65, $70, $75, accepted at $80.

This is the week of the ACC Baltimore show...a huge art and design show at the convention center, so I wanted to make sure this info is out for any other artists who may use this board.

If this is going to be a busy time for this area you "did right" by getting this taken care of early as there may not be any availability as you get closer to your dates (as hotels tend to release less/no discounted inventory to the opaque suppliers when their occupancy levels are high).

Looks like you did well and got a great deal.
