I need help identifying a hotel in the convention center - arts district area. It's for $138/nt and the only 3 star hotel I can find in that zone is the Mt. Vernon Square B&B. Thanks!

This property has not yet been reported to the board, but there are certainly other 3 star hotels in this zone... the Hilton Garden Inn and the Courtyard Washington, DC/U.S. Capitol would be at least two other possibilities.
