The 3* SW has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess a new amenity set for the Holiday Inn Waterpark would be a possibility. The 3* Perrysburg hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board. I'd guess the Holiday Inn Perrysburg French Quarter would be a definite possibility, but it may be something else.
