This was not my first bid. I think I started at $75 and worked my way up over a period of a couple of weeks in $10-15 increments, adding areas and 4 stars. At this price, I got the resort on the first bid, with no rezone or star levels added. Sorry to be so inexact. Started low since I had so much time, but checking direct reservation sites, saw this time frame was fairly limited for availability. I hope it is a nice hotel.
