weinish Posted July 1, 2014 Report Posted July 1, 2014 When staying at Alexis Park, tell the hotel you want a second floor room. I've stayed there at least 10 times. It's directly across street from Hard Rock. It's more like a motel than a hotel, with entry into rooms directly from outdoors. The windows aren't exactly a defense, so always keep your blinds closed. But the closer you are to the front of the building, the better off you are. You're safe; I'm not suggesting that. But you never know. Second floor is a much better option as people can up to windows from the streets, and the back of the building. Also, the shower heads are neck high.
