Best guess for the first property would be the Loews Madison Hotel... my guess for the 2nd property would be the W Washington DC.

We ended up booking directly with the W hotel. We wanted to be able to cancel the booking. They gave us a rate of 150 dollars per night as part of a wedding that we were attending. Thanks for the help.
