Lowest price I've seen for a room in this area was on Hotwire for a hotel in the downtown area for $109/night. I would ideally not like to go over $90, if possible. There are not any major festivals going on so I feel as if this shouldn't be too unreasonable. Any bidding advice is welcome!! Thanks! :) Link to comment

Please let us know if you're willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3.5* OR if the goal is the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay... in order words, did you first want to try up to $90 for a 4* hotel, then if rejected try for a 3.5* property OR first try for the least expensive 3.5* or better? aamede3 Posted June 13, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2014 Had to change the dates of my trip due to prior engagements to 6/18-6/21, but got this AWESOME deal on a 4* at the Crowne Plaza on Canal and Bourbon. Tried $70, $75, and $78 then won at $80! EXTREMELY happy with the results---couldn't be a more ideal location! Thank you all for the help! Link to comment
