A $95 x night bid was rejected before I took this deal... just needed the comfort of knowing where I was staying and I'd bid up to $125 w/o a win last week (areas: Dtw/Arts-Warehouse District/FQ). Not sure what's going on beyond a local festival, but the Friday-Sat days seem to be pricey. I'm actually splitting my stay between two hotels to save a little more. Amenities:Outdoor Pool, Pets Allowed, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Business Center (it's listed also as Indoor or Outdoor Pool on Rate Drop) Price just jumped to $155 for these same travel dates.
