This is high for downtown Montreal but the booking is during the Montreal Grand Prix weekend where most hotels are either sold out or priced very high. I'm extremely pleased with $175 as the lowest published rate for the Sheraton is $399. Thanks again to Better Bidding. Another Great Win!
