With Priceline you can't.

With Hotwire you can search for quad occupancy which will guarantee sleeping accomodations for everyone that you included on your search (ie- 4 poeple). However, this can include pull-out sofas and the like, not necessarily two beds.

I wasn't as lucky. We need 2 rooms for 11/24 to 11/27, 2005, so I tried this bid at $120, was rejected. I added another zone and upped it to $125, rejected again. Added another zone, then another, just got rejected at $135 a night for a 4* in all New York zones. I know that's low but thought I'd try based on this priceline win. We actually need a room for 4, so I hoped I could get 2 for the price of 1. Doesn't always work.
