I ended up winning a bid with Priceline.  I'll report the win in the Priceline section.

Had been bidding for several weeks and started today with a $58 bid which was countered at $71, so I added Carbondale and bid $63 which was accepted.  Pretty happy with the win and I had expected to eventually get this hotel.  As always, I used the PRICELINE links here to bid/book!
