I found this deal on HOT.WIRE

 

Traveling to London and staying in a hotel from the 21st June to the 23rd of June

For one room and four people, it adds up to $397 at the Ealing - Chiswick area in London

 

I believe it's the Crowne Plaza London Ealing but they do not offer one room for four people but apart from that, it seems like it's the hotel.

The Crowne Plaza would be one possibility, but the Holiday Inn - London - Brentford Lock, upgraded since the last time it was reported to the board, would be a likely candidate (and given the occupancy issue you mentioned would perhaps be a better guess)
