The first one is in Fort Lauderdale Beach area. 

 

The second is in Las Olas - Downtown - Port Everglades.

 

I did ask to show all amenities and cut and pasted what it showed.

Best guess for the first property (Beach zone) would be the Ocean Sky Resort... for the Downtown property my guess would be the Riverside Hotel.
