our dates are 7/11-7/14, 2 adults

 

This is listed as 4* strip north casino hotel $79,  with 90%approval

 

Here's the list of amenities:

I forgot to mention it has a $28/day resort fee...does this offer any clarification? I noticed a lot of them say $25/day

The resort fees listed are approximate and aren't really an indicator of a particular property.

I will add to the above that in Vegas tax is ~11%, so a $25 resort fee comes to $28 after tax, so it could just depend if the hotel is showing the fee before or after taxes.

Also, as stated in my post, i believe TI would be much more likely than the Mirage in this instance (based upon what was showing the other day when i looked)... is there something you're looking for and/or would only be interested in one of these properties?

Jet Luxury at the Vdara would be my guess for this one.

With plenty of other 5* hotels in the $100-$110 range, why the interest in this one given it is nearly 50% more expensive?

Just keeping our options open really, and liked the kitchen idea. But probably will go the other route. Thanks for the reply!
