Hotwire Hotel: 4* Magnificent Mile - River North Area

Hello - am looking for 2 adults and 2 kids for July 23 - 26.   Full Amenities as below, using the Full Amenities feature.    Price is $149 USD.   

 

FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Indoor pool(s), Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Internet access

 

Any ideas which hotel this may be?   

 

Also - I am finding the hotel prices generally expensive - i.e. no deals for a 4 star for $90/night as I have seen on this forum.  As my trip is 2 months away, do you recommend I wait to see  if prices go down - or go ahead and book?

Unfortunately, rates do start to go up as weather gets nicer. Rates are often significantly under $100 until around April or May, then start moving over $100 around late May into June and July. There is no way to know if rates will come down closer to the stay, but I will note that rates are similar through a lot of June dates that I've looked at. 

 

Rates can also go the other way and as demand and traffic has gone up in the last few years, I've seen more instances of rates staying the same or going higher than going lower last minute.

 

I'm also seeing what appears to be the Intercontinental for a few bucks less (around $143 after coupon) on Price.line Express if that is of any interest, although the issue with that would be trying to work out bedding/room assignment with the hotel.

 

The Hot.wire listing would be a possible match for the Sheraton.
