I waited until the Priceline Express price dropped. Here are the lowest Priceline Express prices for 4* Midtown East:

May 3: $150 CAD

May 4: $135 CAD

May 5: $143 CAD

May 6: $149 CAD

May 7: $142 CAD

May 8: $142 CAD (At around 4:00 PM, this dropped to $126 CAD, this is when I made the bid.)

 

Special Note:

For my bid, the hotel only offered a 1-bed room. Rollaways are not available as the rooms are too small. You also cannot pay to upgrade to a 2-bed room.
