How can i know if there is a free parking, Or the price of the paid parking in the hotel ?

The four points sheraton in downtown washington score in tripadvisor is 65% and not 90% as on the hotwire offer.

The percent recommended is from previous HOTWIRE guests and has nothing to do with any figure shown at TA or any other website.

How can i know if there is a free parking, Or the price of the paid parking in the hotel ?

The only want to know for certain if parking is free is if you purchase a hotel that shows the Free Parking amenity, but in 'DC proper', i doubt you will see any property that offers free parking. The Four Points would be my best guess for this property as well (which charges $50/day for parking).. but you can often find less expensive parking nearby at a private parking garage not affiliated with the hotel OR depending upon the area you may be able to get street parking starting Saturday evening (as meters are often not in effect on Sundays, but you also need to be aware of 'residential permit parking' in some neighborhoods). Also, depending upon how much inconvenience you're willing to tolerate, you could park outside of the city at a Park N Ride (where parking may be less or free?? (although you'll need to confirm that overnight parking is allowed) and then take the metro into the city.
