I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

I followed the links as per your recommendation and here is the full set of amenities

Note that this is a different property then you had asked about above in your first post.

I'm not certain of this one immediately above, but a downgrade of the Comfort Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista since the last time it was reported to the board would be my guess for this one.

I'm currently seeing this 2.5* at $61/nite, and there is a 3.5* hotel offered in this zone for $62/nite with a 4.0/5.0 TA rating and:
