Hotwire Hotel: NYC 19 day stay between july 2- 21

Hello

I would like to get a good deal since I have to stay for about 19 days.

I would rather stay in the Empire state, MSG or Times Square areas, but

I would really like to know the hotel that I am booking before I spend all the $.

Yotel's location would be ideal. But I am not sure how to locate it on HOTWIRE.

Also I do not want to stay in a bad hotel by bidding through PRICELINE.

Do you have any suggestions for me for a long stay?

What would be your desired budget per night for this stay? Would you be willing to switch hotels during this stay if it resulted in a better average rate?

Yotel has been reported as a Hot.wire win.  It is a 3.5* in the Madison Square Garden - Hell's Kitchen area.  

 

You can see the reported amenities in this Hotwire Hotel List for New York City, then select New York City and MSG - Hell's Kitchen.

I am ok to stay at different hotels.

Does that make a difference?

I would like to pay about $120 if it doesnt sound crazy.

As you would like to have a guess as to the hotel you may receive before purchase, your options come down to PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE (no PRICELINE bidding). As both of these services show the hotel rate, start with our BiddingHelper.com and search for your complete dates...

In the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab:

-UNCHECK all star ratings below 3.5* (or whatever your minimum star rating is)

-at top of search results where it says SORT BY click the PRICE link (this will sort by price, descending order)

==> do you see anything within (or near) your $120 budget?

REPEAT the above using the Priceline Express tab.

==> do you see anything within (or near) your $120 budget?

If nothing appears within your budget, repeat the search using the following date combinations, until you find something within your budget (which may not happen):

Does this sound like St GIles Court NYC

It is $137 and it is in the Empire State Building area.

Also when I click on it, at the top it says the last person got St Giles Court.

When I called hotwire, they said they could not guarantee the name of the hotel.

I feel like that is what I will get.

I would appreciate your feedback.

I will make sure I go through your webpage when I make the purchase.

Note that the "Last person got ____" info is for the last person who purchased a hotel in this zone and star rating, not for the specific hotel offered.

If you search using either of these methods:

1) use the EASY VIEW tab of our BiddingHelper.com and click the green 'See All Amenities' button

OR

2) search HOTWIRE (or use the HOTWIRE tab at BiddingHelper.com) and...

• click the offer
• on the next page click the BOOK NOW link
• in the TRIP SUMMARY box click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenities

... do you also see an INTERNET ACCESS amenity listed (in addition to the Free Internet already listed??)

If this is what you're seeing my best guess for this one would indeed be the St. Giles the Court.
