Above you mention this being a 3* property but in the details you wrote 4*, i assume the amenities for the $140 property above is indeed 3 stars? If so, best guess for this one would be the Ramada Limited Downtown Vancouver.

It's good that the BiddingHelper.com Hotwire Easy View come back today.  I couldn't use it yesterday.  I expanded my search to Airport area, and found the price of 3.5 stars hotel is appealing.  Would you please help me identify which one might be?  Thank you so much!
