Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 5* Boston Waterfront - North End

There are two 5* options for purchase on Hotwire right now for 7/3-7/7. One claims it's a boutique hotel and the other does not. All other amenities are the same. I'd prefer to stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel instead of the Intercontinental, but don't know if I should choose the one for $222 that claims it's a boutique hotel or the one for $226 that doesn't.

They were actually both for North End, no Back Bay option. Hotwire is showing two choices for 5 star hotels in North End at similar price points. Thanks for your help!
