I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But my guess would be Royal Sonesta Houston.

NOTE:

I'm seeing two different properties offered for your dates that look very similar, the one above does NOT have a 'deaf accessible' amenity listed, but there is another that has the same amenities but also a Deaf Accessible amenity, so make sure you purchase the 'right' one if you are trying to target a specific hotel.

I agree that the Royal Sonesta would be a likely outcome, but will also add the Omni Houston as a likely candidate as well.
