alinakatsev Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 I bid $100 for NYC midtown east 4+* June 5-8 and it was accepted. Would this be the going rate? Which hotel could it be? Are the hotels in bidding and express booking the same? The description says: fitness centre, business centre, guests score 8/10 or higher
AaronJB Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)You have to click to finalize the purchase and have the service search for hotels that will accept - this comes at the end of the check-out process. Unfortunately, your $100 bid was not accepted if you did not click to finalize the search and have a response from the service of a win. What would be your desired max budget per night for this stay? Is MTE the only area of interest? You can see the list of hotels reported to the board (please read the note at the top of the list) here: Priceline Hotel List New York. Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 ... if you haven't yet, please read your messages. To further clarify Aaron's comments above, you're most likely on the 'review your bid (before it gets submitted)' page and NOT on the bid acceptance page. If you haven't yet entered any credit card information or clicked a 'BUY MY HOTEL ROOM NOW' button then your bid has not yet been submitted nor even looked at by PRICELINE. Do we have the correct assessment of the situation? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
