I bid $100 for NYC midtown east 4+* June 5-8 and it was accepted.

Would this be the going rate? Which hotel could it be? Are the hotels in bidding and express booking the same?

The description says: fitness centre, business centre, guests score 8/10 or higher

To further clarify Aaron's comments above, you're most likely on the 'review your bid (before it gets submitted)' page and NOT on the bid acceptance page. If you haven't yet entered any credit card information or clicked a 'BUY MY HOTEL ROOM NOW' button then your bid has not yet been submitted nor even looked at by PRICELINE.
