This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. A new amenity set for the Copley Square hotel would be a guess, but it may be something else. Either way, when I click on this listing, I do see a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page for this listing, so the underlying hotel certainly would appear to be a well-reviewed hotel.
