I have booked a pl Express Deal for NYC MTE area from September 19 till 21 2014 and got the Hyatt 48 for $156 per night.

If I remember right the only amenities that were shown in the deal are Business Center, Restaurant and Fitness Center. 

The hotel was presented as a 4.5 star hotel.

As much as I recall there wasn't a Pet Friendly amenity associated with the hotel. I think that pets are not allowed for this one.

It's possible that Pets Allowed was not showing for your purchase, but this property does allow pets.

You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.
