Any help would be appreciated, Thank you! My friends are staying at the Jockey. I wanted to get a place near them.

* Would Priceline be too risky then?

If you're trying to be near a specific location then i would think PRICELINE would be too risky, unless you're willing to accept a hotel anywhere within the shaded boundaries of the zone.
