Hotwire Hotel: 4* New York City (Times Square - Theater District)-Hotwire

I was going to book crown plaza a month ago when it was $300 but I kept procrastinating until it went up to $550.

 

Now I am in the hotwire business and trying to find the best hotel within my budget.

 

Times Square - Theatre District 4 star hotel gives me $235 which is 42% from $403+.

Any idea what hotel this would be? 

 

I red in another thread similar question and they have Row NYC. This hotel is offered now at $282. Would the above hotel be the same as this one? I don't see 42% off from the regular price.

 

This is my first time in NYC and I want pick the best possible location.
