My best guess for the 3.5* HOTWIRE property would be the Grand Pacific Palisades Hotel.

For the PRICELINE EXPRESS hotel, a guess would be the Wyndham Vacation Rentals Oceanside Pier Resort, and to a lesser extent, the Grand Pacific Palisades would be a possibility here as well (although i'd slightly favor the Wyndham being the more likely of the two)
