I am ready to book a hotel in the Midtown East location for 5/22-5/25.  Would like help in identifying the following hotel:

 

$233 (standard $311)  95% recommended, pet friendly fitness center, restaurant, business center, self service laundry, internet access

 

My guess is Omni Berkshire?

You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.
