The Mansfield has previously been seen with the amenity set of the 4* hotel, but with these amenities so common in NYC, i wouldn't be too surprised if it was something else.

I don't have a guess for the 3.5*.

HOTWIRE currently has a 4* hotel offered in the Midtown Central zone for $152/nite with:

Fitness

Restaurant

Business

Laundry

Hi-Speed Internet

Blind Accessible

Deaf Accessible

Travel Accessible

Room Accessible

Bathroom Accessible

Handicapped Parking

Roll-in Shower

... my guess here would be the Warwick, which if correct, is very nice and well reviewed (even if wrong this property has a very good 4.0/5.0 TA rating so at the very least should be a comfortable stay for just one nite, and $50+ cheaper than those above)... would this one work for your needs?
